Valuations

Written fee based inventories and valuations for probate, inheritance tax assessment, insurance and family division purposes are carried out by Peter J. Warren MRICS (Chartered Arts and Antiques Surveyor)  

Pre-sale valuations are conducted free of charge for items brought to the saleroom (please ring for an appointment) or sent by email image (low resolution only)

Alternatively a home visit can be arranged for assessment of larger items or house contents
