An 18th century blue and white jug with mask spout, scroll handle, the body decorated in blue and white transfer depicting a farm scene with farm house, cattle and figures within a grape and vine border, named John Cowburn and dated 1785 below handle, height 21cm.
Condition - very good, one crazed line to side appears to be a firing imperfection rather than a hairline, other firing imperfections, no chips, no cracks, no restoration.
